A PDF is like a seat belt. I know that they are no fun but it could save your life or your kids. When I’m on the Parker Strip I wear one all the time and a lanyard to stop the motor. There are so many things when boating that we have no control over, that can make things go wrong real fast!!! :skull: It’s better to be safe then sorry, just my .02 cents. Have a fun a safe summer

I think up to 10 years old they are required to wear one.

Actually the last time I was stopped for this was at Catherines landing and they told us 12 and under were required to wear them. Not sure if the law changes from Cali to AZ
