It's not done yet you will see
Jeff, you should also make that same pattern for the seat bases of the drop out bolsters. :2purples:
Jeff, what about the prop struts? Still making them? Was talking to a guy that's waiting on the one for the big spectra. Get R done so that boat can get to the plumbing stage. lol
BTW, that would look cool for seat bases I think.

Yeah I know I'm having problems with the heat treat, I feel so bad about it I'm going to give him the double drop thru for free.
Jeff, Does that mean you are still too busy for me. Never returned any of my messages. I would just like to know so I can get my stuff made somewhere else. The boat is in the glass shop now....John 22 Schiada

That is so cool looking.
Do you do this on a hand held router with a template?
If so , what speed and router bit do you use?
I meet Kim at the Schiada Regatta a few weeks ago. He will be the first owner of the 42'.
Nice Guy. He and Lee brained stormed on all the details before they made mold. Kim says it will be under 10,000 lbs? To put it into perspective, Kim has a 36' off shore that is 10,000lbs.
The boat will have twin v-12's. (Yes, twin v-12's!) If you go to Schiada's shop in Van Nuys you can see it. It looks like a two story apt bldg sitting on a trailer.L.O.L
His first Schiada he bought in the 60's from Leonard while still in High School.
