Found some Chevy heads, what would these do?

I'm back from the swap meet. I was looking for some heads to replace my truck 360s. I found some 049s, but the guy was a little too proud of them ($400). There was a good buy on a set of 206s, oval port, but closed chamber. Are these any good if you run some flat tops? Mortec claims they are 97cc chambers. Would it be too much work to get these below 10.25 compression?

I went down again today and found a whole 454 in pieces for $200. I bit and brought it home. The heads are oval/open 781s. How'd I do?

They are a semi open chamber head and take a different piston than the 049's and they are not as good, and they are also cores that means you will have a good chunk of change getting them up to par!....Not trying to discourage ya , just stating facts!..

Oh well, the 049s were stock rebuilds, but I was only looking for cores to build anyway. I want to put in some better valves, springs, etc. anyway.
