Fot those that don't have $600 to buy Photoshop, there are lots of programs that will do this. Do a search on www.downloads.com Most is freeware.

MS. Paint will do it also it's part of your standard Windoze operating system.

microsoft paint that comes w/ every windows....
go to image
strech/skew
and downsize the % to what you want
