Need Advice Condo or House, Zoo or BHC?

Thinking about buying a place at the River. Does anyone have any advice? And what are your reasons. Thank you :smile:

We bought a condo in Parker and love it. Right off Riverside Dr a stones toss to the water. Cant go wrong. Just dont have the money to be on the water just yet........

There is a very nice development in Bullhead city called the Sunridge estates, 5 mins to casinos and 10 mins to Mojave. Quiet, pleasant community. Lots of lots still available. Definetly worth considering.

Havasu is the place to buy!!

just bought in BHC. House is closing next Friday. Thought about Havasu and then decided with BHC. Worst case, you can always drive down to havasu for the day. BHC...you have the casinos, lake, and river.
