RFQ - Custom Golfcart

Ok, I know there are a few peeps on the boards who do custom carts. I am ready to purchase. I do not know much about them so maybe some of you can help me out on my selections. I would prefer gas as to electric but do NOT know the "Pro's/Con's to each. Lifted with custom wheels/tires (all terrain as it will be used mostly on asphalt). 2 front bucket seats with sunken ice chest between them (12pk size?). Rear bench seat, grab handles, head/tail lights, turn signals, canopy, custom paint, place for sterio (self installed....what am I missing?
