That is some good advice this time of year. I run 35's on my tow rig & I checked them on Sunday & they were all down about 15lbs.
I left PHX at 4am to go back to L.A. and stopped to check my tire air to find it was 30lbs low! Since I have HD tires that max out at 80lbs psi they dont really show being low as much as normal tires. If you have a stock 3/4 ton truck odds are your tires are like mine. I think the reason they were so low was because of the recent 30 degree temperature change. Anyhow, get out your gauge.....

Don't forget to check those piston return springs as well....
Yeah, and try finding a "gas station" that has air capable of pumping 80psi :notam:
Maybe it's different in "truck stop" land but I haven't been able to find good air in socal proper!! That's why I check that chit before I leave the house.
