Hey VD Cruiser,
I used to live in a town called Clarksville on the Kerr reservoir when I was 6 years old. My parents moved soon after that to NC. I remember that was a big lake and always thought about going back for some boating. How is the boating there. Seems like I remember the water always being kind of dark and red when we crossed the bridge.

The water is clean and green, and the boating is fantastic. We've been going there every summer for as long as I can remember. Usually ride up to Clarksville, at least once during the week, about a 15-18 mile ride from the dam.
