YUM!!!! I carved pumkins last Sunday so of cours ethey are mush now but we soaked the seeds in a little soy sauce and put them in the dehydrator. I like them better the way you are doing them.
Butter and seasoned salt spread out and baked crunchy. I can hardly wait.

never liked them like sunflower seeds. but then maybe I never had good ones
we didnt carve pumpkins this year but thats because you dont get very fresh ones here in Havasu and they dry out easily.... or they just get stollen by the trick or treaters...hehe
Done and tasty. Bake em till crisp and eat the whole thing.
