I posted this under the other RJB thread but it is probably getting too long for people to keep checking it. Anyway, here goes.
It seems to me that 123 is history. Now, I don't want to step on anyone's toes and I also don't want to volunteer anyone elses time, but let me plant a little bug. There is a site called yahoo!groups that might fit the bill as a replacement for 123. I don't know much about administering such things, but this looks like its free, easy to set up and pretty robust. Sound too good? Maybe it is, like I said I don't know much about this stuff.
Why not use this one? Well, for me, its 'Cause it ain't "ours". I donno', I don't really feel free to post whatever I want here. I "feel" like a guest. Kinda' like I'm not free to take off my shoes, hit the fridge and grab a beer. That's the feeling I miss from the old RJB board. So, I was hoping to fire -something- back up.
Bob, where is a link to that Yahoo BBS stuff? I spent some time looking for it last night and didn't locate anything. The board I set up isn't the best solution. I'm still looking for something better.
