The information I have shows that to be a 1992 454 tall deck, four bolt main. I believe the Gen V production started in 1991.
If the heads are off, look at the coolant passages on the block deck. Round=Mark IV and irregular shaped=Gen V. I also believe the Gen V will not have a fuel pump mounting boss.

Tall deck = 10.2 inches from crank centerline to the deck. Standard = 9.8 inches.
Mark IV the coolant holes are round just like you drilled them.
Gen V the upper holes are kind of cam-lobe shaped. The lower holes look like triangles with the tops cut off.
    Hope that made sense!

Mortec says regular deck, but another(less accurate) source says tall. The Performer2-0 looks like it is only for regular deck, so my bet is that the Mortec info is correct.
Let us know what you find out.
