Hot Licks TFH crashed...... everyones ok.
Well I guess there is a new top dog in the world of K-boat racing.
Hot Licks TFH crashed...... everyones ok.
I've got pictures (and a shirt) from the races, but Toney was handing ass whoopins out today. Dang. It wasn't a race after a lap and a half.
Oh, and special thanks goes out to Jim Anderson and his continued suppport for the Scarlotta team racing program.
Forever in the quest for the perfect taco-- Jim Anderson
You ate the taco? Hope you're ok tomorrow.
You ate the taco? Hope you're ok tomorrow.
It was either the Jim Anderson Taco Wagon or the Scott Peralta Flamin' Biesmeyer Buger stand... So I flipped a coin.
I would have went for the taco to then. Nothing worse than burnt food.
I hear Scott cooks with gas though.
You guys are real amusing. Carry on, please. :hammerhea
Here is Sunday's update. K-5 ran away from the pack, as in almost lapped the boat that was in 2nd by the end of the race. Started off with 4 boats, 2 were broken by the second lap, 2 finished, one of them barely. It was a good time though.
Jerkhere, WOW! a 4.80 at 248! Happened Saturday early evening at dusk! Two top fuel hydros tried submarining! Sank some 100 feet from the line! I dont know what happened Sunday, storm clouds looked bad from our airplane, but up till then the circle boats stole the show, judging from all the cheers and applause. SS91 Dave Bryant was hot and lead most of the weekend until the motor let go! Joey DeCucci, in the Splash SS53 put on the best side by side slide show ever with Skip Tuttle duking it out all four laps, it was blanket racing extreme!
Thank you all for making us Nostys feel so welcome; Billy B, Jerry Griffin, Jim Griffin, Tony (the wild man) Scarlota, Fred Hart, Jullian P., Bubby Wilton, DossSanger, Phil flipper Gould, WaterBox, Dave Rankin, Phil Bergeron, and Marlene and Bill Faulkner! My heads still spinning......
