Used Whipple pricing...

Tell me if these are good deals and if I should move on one of them...
1....Whipple 3.3 Carb'd, larger Intercooler, polished with all accessories..asking price 5000.00 w/out carb. add 500 for Dominator 1150.
2...Whipple 3.3 Carb'd, regular size intercooler, blue finish, complete with all accessories...asking price 4000.00, but will go down to 3700 no carb.
I want the polished one, but the 5k price tag is killing me! What do you guys think?

well.. a new one is not much more than that.. How used is it?.. Ive seen better deals.... but whipples are holding thier value.. so.. not sure..
I know first hand that GT Performance just got a 3.3 w intercooler Im sure he is interested in selling it..

I bought a used whipple system last year. Older 2.2 blower, intercooler, belts pulleys intake manifold, injectors, computer & wiring harness for $4000.
I wanted the easieness of electronics for reliablities.

i have the same system a just toolin for sale, and all polished including factory merc harness computer and injectors for 3000 and a been never used whipple to boot

Great deal, but a little too small for my application....will be going on a 540 and i don't think it would run very efficiently. thanks anyway

other then the 3.3 stamped on the outside.. Not sure... :angry2:

Look at the pics on there web site the 3.3 has three raised areas on the snout & the 2.3 only has one on the left side with a 1/2" plug in it. The 500efi pic is a 2.3 & the 525efi pic is a 3.3 hope this helps. I'am looking for a 3.3 efi if you know of one.
