this is a restoration my dad is doing. The boat had been sitting outside in the arizona sun for many years. The deck has sagged quite a bit from the heat. Someone at sometime had run over a rock or something at a high enough speed that it cracked the boat along one of the strakes all the way to the transom. the fin and rudder were also bent from the crash. Somebody tryed to fix the damage by filling it with bondo. just before my dad got the boat for the restoration the bondo job caused the bottom to delaminate and part of the bottom was lost in the lake.
this first picture is after my dad removed the hardware.

the boat was pretty much split in two from the damage. enough water worked its way in from the damage that eventualy the bottom delaminated.
