The guy that jumped over the bar was a quick thinker. Didn't even hesitate, just jumped over it and helped the guy out.

Jumper: Quick thinker, decisive action. Sergeant material.
Crowd: Confused. Easily impressed with flashy presentation, yet slow to respond to impending tragedy. Had no idea what to do when faced with critical descision. They're Presidential material.
