Callies are very good cranks... We run one in our Cracker Box motor and spin it over 9000, no problem. If you ever need one repaired, they do an amazing job and are good to work with...

Somewhere around $1200 or so, ain't priced one in a while!..
a nice used one went for around $700 earlier on ebay---good forged name brand cranks usually go for around $1200 and up----billets around $2500 and up---a good stock steel crank will usually hold up to 700 or so horsepower---just be sure and have someone that knows what they are doing perform a good balance job on the assembly
As everyone aggrees, Callies are good Cranks... However, building a motor from scratch I'd go with a Crower... Crower rods also.

I'd say Crower rates right along with Callies!..
