Where is it? What end of town? One of my best friends live in town and has been keeping his eye out for a good lot to buy so he can build a new home. Got any pics?

I'm thinking about $95K and the Realtor didnt blink an eye.
That is actually a decent price for a lot there now. We just closed on one last month

Does it need any work? Is it graded and ready to go, has it passed a recent perc test? How big is it, and last, is there a view?
