F 'em!
I pulled into the Chevron station to fill up. The sign out front said $3.25 a gallon. I put my credit card in and started pumpnig when I noticed the pump said $2.25 a gallon. I finished filling up and told my 10 yo son what had happened. I figured this would be a great opportunity to teach him some honesty. So I proceed into the store to tell the clerk what had happened. I asked her how much diesel was, she said (in half english and half spanish) $3.25 a gallon. I said well.... your pump just gave it to me for $2.25 a gallon. She looked real confused, pushed a couple of buttons on her automated machine and said that's right, $2.25 a gallon.
That poor store owner is going to lose a few bucks tonight for sure.
F 'em!
I guess a station in N. Phoenix did that a while back but with 91. The only thing around here that runs on 91 is my boat and I figured by the time I got up there they would have had it figured out.
F%%K them what's the address?? Let's tank up.
I would not have felt guilty if it was owned by Chevron, but I think it is an independant.
Unemployment line for her..... Expensive lesson for him...
That's life....
Same thing happened to me at a shell station, the sign said 2.87 a gal, but the actual pump said .287. So i swiped the card and filled up for about 5 bucks. Then called all my deisel buddies to fill up.
