I recently renewed my Norton Anti Virus.
It's blocking my I tunes. Won't let it "connect".
I've tried to figure out how to get in and unblock,, but can't seem to find the way. I've clicked and clicked.
Anyone know how to get it unblocked?
I appreciate the help.
I have the new Norton '05 version, far different than past versions, on windows XP.

are you running service pack 2? Is your firewall enabled. Sounds like you enabled a firewall that is blocking connection.

Thanks Bense.
I got serious with the firewall and finally was able to bring up a window that let me release it.
The new Norton is entirely different than versions past. Some improvements though..
Downloading it is a pain.
Much easier to buy the CD and load it that way.
Crappy customer service.

Lower the Security setting in the Windows Firewall to Low....had to do the same thing....
