what setting on my digital camera is the best for video
it has two first is NTSC and the other is PAL is one better quality
I'm confused

In the United States, our TV format is NTSC. PAL is used in Europe (and maybe Asia, can't remember). We're definitely NTSC, however. Happy video'ing!

NTSC=525 lines....yep USA.....
PAL=625 lines.....England, Western Europe & Australia.......Better pix quality while watching American programming....Hehe!
