I have yet to see any arguments about Panther Jets so they have to be the best, right?
Actually RR, I just thought of something. Since you want to prove to people you can win with a JH. Why don't you take it one step further and stick a Panther in your boat and really prove something. http://free.***boat.net/ubb/smile.gif

A first and possibly unique argument against Panther, not yet posted?:
Ever try to fit a round peg in a square hole? Jet aircraft turbine engine performance took an efficiency hit when stealth technology forced exhaust flow into square nozzles, wonder if any of those principles apply to liquid jets? Certainly possibly.
But deep down inside Cas, I think your Panther's cool. And for standing up against the masses and group-think...more power to ya!
    Cheers!

Ya know Jer, I need to take a picture of my pump, this one I posted sure looks smaller than mine, the housing anyway.
As far as being a Panther proponent, hey, it came with tht boat that I bought http://free.***boat.net/ubb/smile.gif but it also already has a stainless steel impeller, they come stock that way. They also have a larger intake that makes you feel you're really connected to the water. Suck something into the pump? No problem, it's "SO" much easier than a Berk, Dom, Agg, Legend, AT, etc to correct, it's crazy. Just curious, do any of the others have an enclosed impeller shaft so nothing can get wrapped around it? a Panther does http://free.***boat.net/ubb/smile.gif
For me, the only difference I see between Panther and all the rest are the costs of the the add ons and since I don't need any add ons, it taint no big thing.

    Cas,
don't know about the pump, but that boat sure looks like the old Hawaiian 21 with the built in swim step

WOW Stealth technology! I think the biggest advantage to a Panther pump would be that they're undetectable on radar.

    OR,
Actually it's a Pantera? I found it on eBay and here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1810057808

Next you will tell everybody that Pantera is the best boat ever made.
I can tell one thing, that was one ulgy pump.
Did not see too many Panthers at the Boat Show or Boat races last weekend.
