Thread: cutting new holes...now what?

    ok here is the deal....I planned on adding some speakers and ran into a snag..
    here is the pic

    I would like to have the speakers line up, but what would I do with the hole for the tweeter that is already there?
    I think I will be ok on this one..

    My dilemma is that I would like everything to line up....what do you think?

    I know a gel coat guy and an interior guy. Other than I would just leave it the way it is. Its just a cosmetic change and wont affect the sound any.

    You could mount something else in the old location.....check the Rexone Catalog.. :idea: .....ooops, I mean the website for some billet thing to put on there.

    Looks like your legs would block most of your mids and bass if no subs.
    Think it would have to sound better if the 6.5s where moved up.

    I would put more speakers in you have the room to fill the gaps.
