mine is 3 pieaces.. a large close fit plate around the hole cutout that is 3/16" and 2 small fillers that fit tight agianst the pump that are 1/8"
How thick is your transom cover plate?????

1/4" plate.
1/4 inch thick aluminum plate. Stop by and look at it if you need some Ideas.

Tbsidewinder, If cut tight, I'd even use .125 ga...........The key to success is the fit! It's got to be tight and reinforced from inside...... :idea: Doug
doug, what do you have the transom plate screwed to?
I used 3/16 but I all so reglassed my transom in and cut it around the pump in an up side down flower pot pattren.I would use 1/4 to cover the big transom plate hole.

Here is a pic of some 1/8 on my old Tahiti ,but this transom had wood in it and was cut very close around the pump.
