My controller will be here on fri, and I am planning on installing my hydraulic place divertor on my JG berkley jet. Do I need any gaskets or silicone were the divertor nozzle bolts to the jet? The way I understand, it is just a simple bolt on to the existing jet, and then the pump mounts in the engine compartment. Other than that I just run the wires from the battery to the steering wheel and the pump, and the hydraulic lines from the pump to the ram. Any advise how to properly run the pump lines through the back of the hull to the ram. My engine is covered so I was planing to drill a hole through the rear of the engine compartment out the rear of the hull, and with a grommet and silicone seal up the hole. Any other words of advice from anyone who has installed one would be appreciated.

I ran my hydraulic lines through my transom adaptor. I used 1/4" tubing fittings and substituted
O-rings for the ferrules. That way if my tubing breaks at a fitting I can just move the O-rings up and re-conect the ends. It works great. No problems with the fit for two years. No leaks either. I'd post a pic but the image center has me screwed for now. It's a simple install and you should have no problems.
My agressor came with the O-ring etc. to adapt to my JC. It was a tight fit getting the pivot pin in with the O-ring in place but a little muscle ended the debate. Made for a nice seal between the bowl and the diverter. My old nozzle had no O-ring at all. BIG IMPROVEMENT!
    You'll love the added control.

Here's what it looks like with the 1/4" tubing fittings. I ran a 1/4" drill through the fittings so that the plastic hose could run through them. "O" rings seal them.
They are 1/8" NPT X 1/4" tube brass fittings. The transom adapter is drilled and tapped for the 1/8" NPT.
