Anyone have any experience with these somewhat pricy aftermarket Differential Covers and Transmission Pans ? Are these a "MUST HAVE" if you are towing long and hard ? :220v: :220v:

Not from experience, just from my perusings on the diesel boards, but I think if you are heavy hauling, 80% of the time and have a tranny gauge hooked up to it, it would be worth it. Otherwise, nah, I think you're going to waste a few dollars.
One thing, I do notice them while I'm driving and looking at rear axles! So to speak.

I dont have them on the Ford yet, cause im broke, but, had them on my last two Dodge's. They hold more synthetic fluid I like them. Look cool too boot.

I don't think you can go wrong adding more fluid to one part of the truck that takes the brunt of the force and runs the least amount of fluid and no cooler to help it out. It's on my list of things to do.
