If you're halfway decent with tools, you can install a set of bags in a few hours.
I got mine from www.summitracing.com.
I am in the Chandler/Mesa area and I am looking to level out my truck. Does anyone know where I can get this done? Or is this something I can do myself?

Thanks! Everyone I am talking with says to put the 2 inch spacers in there. I have no way to compress the coils. The part is only $112.00.
Bags are very cool- you can pump them up when you're loaded (and the truck, too), and deflate them to get your stock ride/height back.
The onboard compressor is worth the money.
I can get you the parts or get it done for you my shop is in Phoenix. click the link below.

NO link. Can you do it right now?? I can be there in 20 minutes.
What kind of truck? You can do the 2" level kit on the new F150s for $100 shipped. Install yourself. No need to deal with spring compressors.
