Definitely good. They did the install in my new boat. Builder messed up and didn't tighten the speedo hose tight to the guage. 15 minutes on first time out, hose comes loose and soaks all the amps. Car Toyz stepped up big time and replaced all the amps when it wasn't their fault. Now thats customer service.

Nice people, very competent, no pressure, handles warranties quickly and
painlessly. I've seen them laying in sweat on the floor of someone's boat
on Sunday afternoon in 120 degree heat in the channel dodging beer bongs
changing out someone's amp that went dead. Now that's service.

They put the stereo in my Nordic, had only a single issue with the wiring setup with the Perko. Took it back to them, they reset it in about 15 min, I haven't had a single other issue with it at all.

they just put a stinger battery and charger in my boat last week to power the sterio.they picked it up out of the garage did the install and covered her back up and put it back in the garage.havent seen it yet but i am very confident everything went well.
