Thread: Strut lubrication

    When installing a new prop shaft and new strut is there any harm in greasing the shaft where it goes through the strut?

    No reason to thay are water lubricated!.

    Thanks for the fast response,
    Would having grease on it somehow inhibit the water from getting through, in other words, should I take the grease off (it's already on there).
