A couple of people have mentioned on here that it's easy to spot a meth addict. Do you suppose that Brian guy who works in the body shop at Boyd Codington's shop is a Meth head? It seems like he can barely think, has little patience, and doesn't blink very often. Is that what a meth head looks like?
