We have a nice, clean two bedroom, one bath home in Lake Havasu for rent throughout the summer. The house is completely furnished and ready to go.
It is up Industrial and is literally five minutes from the ramp.
It has room enough to park two boats of any size and cars. The lot is flat with access on both sides of the house. Quiet street and neighborhood.
The house has a queen in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, twin on top and another twin in the room. There is also a pull out bed under the bunk bed. It has a barbeque in the back yard and a view of the lake from the back yard.
The rate is $95 a night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. $85 a night for Sunday through Wednesday nights. Memorial, Labor and July 4th weekends will be $145/night with a three night minimum.
You can also rent it by the week (7 days) at $550 or a month at $1,200. We will require a $200 refundable cleaning deposit.

The house is located up Industrial, about one mile and then in two streets.
Most of Havasu is selling out throughout the summer. Don't be too late. Book your time now before all of the time is gone.
