needed asap just pulled heads off motor and had two broken pistons & a cracked cylinder. :frown: so i need a big block chevy 454 block only perfer 4 bolt but we consider all older brother is comeing down on block leave memorial day and had a river trip planned and dont want to cancel on him. I have a set of bbc 990 heads with all the accessories springs, valves etc. that need some valve seat repair. A set of bassett water injected headers in fairly good condition. A Pete Jackson style dual idler gear drive. A Howards solid lifter cam with lifters.

The black marks on the two inner cylinders is where the cracks showed up. This is on the exhaust valve seats. Before I removed the heads I had no indication that there was any problem with them. I have been told that they can be repaired for around $200 for the pair.

1 Holley 850, it sits on a torker intake,square port BBC the manifold has beed bean blasted has no stripped holes or broken ears,The carb is in great shape, I took it off a good running motor, drained the gas out of it and put it on the shelf. The carb has anuler boosters, and bowls that allow jet changes witout removing the bowls.

1 chevy 454 60 over, 2 bolt main. Has ARP main studs, and rod bolts, has good rod and main bearings, been balanced, has harmonic balancer, and flexplate. The motor ingested a piece of metal, and damaged 1 piston, causing it to pinch the ring and loose compression (it needs rings and 1 piston) The cylinder wall was not damaged. Has KB hypereutectic pistons.

2 holley vacuum secondairy carbs, they worked good on my jet boat,they were thrifty on gas and are in like new condition. You can run a set of dual carbs for $250.00

And finally we have a chevy 350, 4 bolt main, with 194 high performance heads, this is a 350 horsepower 350, out of a 1968 Camaro.
It has a recent valve job and a fresh Holley 750. It has low compression(needs rings) it has a lot of miles on it. And the rear main leaks.

The 350 come nestled in its very own well used 1962 Chevy truck. With rings and bearings, and a new cam, you could have a sleeper that will run like a bat out of hell. The truck is registered and has a rebuilt turbo 350, with a shift kit and B&M shifter. $1500.00

located in Auburn ca. The carbs are 600s, the block is in good shape, I shut the engine off when I head the noise, and did not start it again.
I also have a set of oval port heads with valves, and crower springs, they need new valve seats, $75.00 or offer.

Bassett Headers okay condition not real blue small fingernail size hole in #6 tube will have repaired before selling used these headers last year and part of this year includes waterlines 250.00 They are for a BBC.
