Just keep your posts clean and straightforward. After they see you are a "good" poster, they will turn on your options. It takes about a month from your signon day.

Yuo shouldnt stand for this opression. It goes on all the time around here.
I think you should incite a riot.
If that fails, try a boycott.
If that fails, you'll have to join a clicque. There are a couple of larger one to choose from. Once you are a member of a clique, good things will happen.
