The only reason you should be out at 6AM is if your Fishing, and from what the cops say you would have scared them all away !!!

You do not want to run water in your headers at idle - reversion.
The baffles may work, depending on how loud you are to start with. If you are under 100db at idle, you have a good chance that baffles will make you compliant.
The one thing I have not seen is that some of these clamp on mufflers should fit on the headers and make them compliant. Perhaps even cut off some of the headers past the collecters to that they stay about the same length with the mufflers on. Just a thought.
