Thread: Hey Concrete guy's...?

    How many yards needed for a 9 x 10.5 pad that is 6-7" deep?
    I ain't putting down any stone or wire.
    Expansion joint...yes.
    3500 psi...yes.
    Also any truth to the fiber mix?
    Thanks for any info...I kind of forget the forumla for figuring out the needed amount...(duh) :notam: 80 square feet 4" thick = 1 yard...or something like that?

    Yard and a half for the 6" and two yards for the 7 inches.....One joint down the middle or better yet quarter it. 3500 is plenty good for a patio.....

    Thanks for the reply...guess I'll get a touch heavy on the 2 yards.
    Also this is a parking area for my F250 Diesel. Think I should go for the Fiber Mix?

    Well based on what I've read in the past you've written, if you do I'd follow it up with some cheese so you don't have a real mess on your hands.
