Ive gone 1 whole summer with my hydro and actually used it![]()
Mr. Mouzer this is probably one thread you should stay out of!
I have a 68 Schiada flat the I bought from Schiada in 68, bare hull, only some holes drilled for $1200. Put a 440 chysler with 2 AFBs on and raced it once at Oakland for the fun of it in 69, remember racing the same day as Ray in Panic Mouse. I at one time had Hilborn injection on it, to much troulble as We used it mainly for skiing. It now has a bored 440, (454) with tunnel. Runs great and sits next to the 77 Sanger Pickle in the garage when not in use. I mainly take the Schiada to the delta as the pickle has trouble with the current, to hard to turn. Hope to hear some good stories from others about long time boat owning.

Just a little humor there i thought sorry!
Info, I think you killed your own thread. 37 years is going to be a hard one to beat! :jawdrop:
Sorry can't compete, bought mine in April of 93.![]()
Bought my Hallet new in 1977 and still have it...............
I'm not even close. Bought my Howard in 1986 and my Hondo in 1988. I do have a car I've owned since 1967 but we're talking boats here so I guess that doesn't count.
This doesn't quite count, but the '67 Sanger flat that I currently own has been "in the family" since new.
I bought it 3 years ago, but my Uncle owned it from 1967 - 2002.
