    Can anyone tell me if there was ever a whirlaway design that was somehow mounted on the flywheel cover??

    Not that I'm aware of in a v-drive application.

    Can anyone tell me if there was ever a whirlaway design that was somehow mounted on the flywheel cover??Yeah, Lenco. I think they call it "Safe Drive" Looks like a Lenco trans but is only direct with a sprag.
