This is a good deal. My neighbor works at a Chevy dealership here in Vegas and pulled up with a demo 2005 Avalanche that had the lift and all the goodies like this one and the first sticker read $36,000. OK that's about right. Then I saw the add-on/markup sticker. $46,000 large ones. I almost puked.

Does it have Leather?
No leather, but power seats..............it is in Excellent condition...
