One of my neighbors said a sparrow hawk, and I was pretty sure that they didn't get much bigger than a foot wide.

lol,he's good for the sport though.
My first guess was a speckle chested Finster's hawk. But after reviewing the member's hawk pics I'm gonna hafta go with Sparrow hawk. It definitely is not a redtail or Tony Hawk.
