IÂ’m a newbie and need some help

Hi All,
IÂ’m a newbie here and was wondering if anyone of you can help me out.
I have recently bought a house in Havasu and the thought is to have it rented out. I believe some of you on the forum also have rental property, so the question I have is can anyone recommend a good property management company? Or do you manage it yourselves? Also was wondering how I can get a snowbird in there for the winter months?

DO you want full time rental of seasonal rental? Full time rental talk to McCulloch Realty. They have an "arm" that will handle this for you. Their probably the biggest. Seasonal...already mentioned above.
