and how do you do that.......

take it to the dealer. The diesel tech will pull each injector out and test fire each one. It could be one or more than one that is either not putting enough fuel in the mixture or too much!

I have asked them to do it twice.. THEY say all is fine...

11-12 mpg on 40' toyo's towing, so about 900 miles to a tank

I have a new 05 D/max CC long bed, only 3700 miles on it so far.
usally around town I get 15.5 to 16 MPG, On freeway driving to LA & back I get 17.5MPG.
We are talking bone stock here, I have not even pulled of the emblems or 4X4 stickers yet!
