Paper said the driver was 31 year old Irvine resident Randy Duran. Anybody know him?
Paper also stated the vehicle had two childseats in it. My condolences to the family. Terrible tragedy for any child to lose a parent at a very young age.
the driver was the only one in the vehicle. no other injuries. definately a tragedy to any child.
