Geza & I have mostly hispanics that work for our company. They all want to support the rally Monday, but Monday is payroll.
Here is my thought....they dont show up for work...they dont get their paycheck! I will put them in the mail that day, it will take a few extra days for them to get & I am not doing anything illegal...Right?????

I concurr with Jordy...there costing you guys time and money for not showing up....its not a national holiday or anything of importance :crossx: ....and I bet they dont even know what there doing it for. Can them if they dont show. oh and Mrs.bordsmnj does payroll...she may know...

I normally hand them out, but these guys have not givin notice....I just hear them talking about a free day off!
