...I believe the house is listed at $89900. It is located on Citrus, just west of Langford in Holiday Shores Subdivision. The house is a great river pad. Too bad Frank has to let it go....

Rob, are you sure that's the same place? The first post says single-wide. That looks wider than a traditional single wide. It also say it has two garages on the property, a 36ft deep garage and a 25' deep garage. I don't even see a garage in that photo,

Those pictures were taken prior to them building the garage. On the east (right) side of the house, they enclosed the carport and made it into a garage. On the west (left) side, the garage sits in the back. You can't see it in the photo because of the shadow on the awning / carport. And yes, it is a single wide. Also, the property is on sewer with all assessments paid. The a/c and the swamp cooler in the place kicks ass. The place is a few blocks from where I am at.
