DAMN!!!! Way to go.
Now I wonder how the old Hallett would run with that baby in it!![]()
Tom Bandy's been flying under the radar now for a couple of years running his Hallet "Hallet Hath No Fury" jet boat in brackets, very successfully, I might add, but after purchasing this pristine 18CP tunnel from another racer, he decided to step it up. And step it up, he did! I got a first hand look at this thing at Ming this weekend, and what I saw was nothing short of incredible. It's the culmination of the best minds in the business puitting their collective experience and knowledge together for a max effort racer. Not surprisingly, it's performance right off the trailer was outstanding, and Tom Bandy drove it like a vetran.
Here's the dry sumped, vacuum pumped, fire breathing, nitrous burning heart behind the off-the-trailer, mid 8 sec, 126+mph new born.
Congrats Tom, Jack, Dave, Jeff, and the others involved in putting this beauty together!

Toms new boat is incredible. He took out some heavy hitters this weekend while taking the win in the 8.50 bracket and Pro gas.
He was cutting lights and driving very well.
Congratulations Tom.![]()
Not only is the motor sweet, every thing on this boat is sweet... If anyone of you go to the drags and want to see some amazing work by those who setup this boat and others like it... stop by the pits and check it out.
Congrats Tom!
