I have a 25 Eagle and I have 2 12's in a large ported box in the cuddy. The subs are behind your head if you are sitting in the cuddy seat and the ports (rectangular) come out under the seat where your legs are. The seat fits in the L-shaped portion of the seat and is a little higher and forward from where it originally was. I had to remove the two cupholders and storage area but the bass is incredible. Nobody sits down there anyhow so we put the ice chests on the seats.
IMPORTANT!!!!, get an amp with a remote bass adjuster so when someone goes down there to mix some refreshments they can turn down the bass without turning down the stereo.

I also recommend a remote in the front so you dont have to get in the boat to adjust the stereo.
