I've had mine to 90+ without a problem, but I'm still saying not to exceed 45mph. It's one of those do as I say not as I do things for anybody that buys a boat off of me.

I'm comfortable with going 40-50 with both tops up. The tops need to be put together better that just using a few set screws and the mounting hardware needs to be bolted on for speed... otherwise you are going to have problems.
