If you are not going to be in traffic, go 210 to the 15 to the 40.
If you are going to be in traffic take the back way from Ventura to Magic Mountain area (is that the 126?). and cut across through the saugus area to get to the 14. Then you can go to the 58 or take pearblossom.

Isn't 80 "against the law" ? So its OK to speed but not pay california prop taxes on boats?
Speeding is civil disobedience at best! CA Prop Tax avoidance (illegal avoidance) is fraud. This country was founded on Civil Disobedience. Plus what is the basic speed law in California?
