Help... I have to pick up my new engine tomorrow in Lakeside and get it to Aaron ASAP hoping to save the holiday weekend. What is the best (quickest) way to get to Havasu from there.
As usual, thanks for the help!

67 to 8, 8 east to 138 in El Centro I think, north to Brawley, and the 78, go east past Glamis all the way to 10, then east to Ehrenberg and north through Parker. Bring my key!

So how long will that take with minimal traffic?

Not towing 4.5 hours or so, towing and stopping for snacks....5.5. Speeding like a mutherfukker, 4 hours.

This works real easy for me.. Not alot of turns nice and flat and straight.
I got 8 east to yuma then I get off on South Fortuna Rd / 95 North take the
95 all the way up to Parker and thru to Havi.. Nice and easy..
Have you taken this way Mandy? Am I missing something??

We used to go that way, but this cuts 1/2 an hour off and is a lot more interesting. 95 is well maintained, never seen a cop on it and you can haul ass......we'd stop in Quartzite for snacks or fuel.
