"Natures Miracle" is a product which can be found at the pet store. It has an enzyme in it which eats away at the urine and eliminates the smell...forever.

Try Lysol. It might be a mildew smell from being wet, and the Lysol will kill it.
Yea it is a midew problem. Probally shampoo and lysol. Hopefully that works. It is nasty. Or buy a new boat.
