There is some good a advice in there that can help you...
All right guys, been doing this for 15 years, while pulling my 208 lavey craft sebring out of the water on sunday at parker, the arm holding the eyebolt of the boat pulled through and the boat slid off the trailer, half landing in the water, half on the launch ramp. I have some gelcoat damage and a couple of deep scratches in the bow. it did not damage the fiberglass just chipped the gelcoat. Does anyone know a good place to take it to get the gelcoat repaired and the color matched. I live in the LA, Orange County area.
Thanks

Got any pics?
There was a recent thread on this in the Jets section Too. He thought maybe he had pulled the trailer in too deep and when he pulled it out it did the same thing.

dosn't happen to be a "competative trailer" fine broke in the driveway some ten years ago, after that i always used a tie down from the eyelet to front of the trailer for ins.
